The only work worth noticing in this department of literature is a volume of 'Miscellaneous Plays,' by Joanna Baillie, which will not derogate from that high reputation which she has obtained. Miss Baillie, however, must not write comedy; her genius is only inspired by the Tragic Muse; to her she must address all her worship, and devote all her offerings. [complete]
